This agreement applies to food operators using NYAMM Kitchen (NYAMM Kitchen).Perpetual Holdings LLC operates the platform. You remain responsible for your kitchen, menu, and compliance with Jamaican food-business rules.
Customer payments for NYAMM orders are collected through approved payment rails. Platform fees on completed NYAMM feed orders are 10% of order subtotal. Creator-attributed orders use 15% total (10% platform plus 5% creator pool). Orders through your own storefront link keep 5% plus J$25 per completed order. Delivery fees are separate and shown in Kitchen before you list on NYAMM.
Refunds and chargebacks follow the decision matrix in the Fleet terms. You handle product-quality disputes with customers. NYAMM records are used to settle payment disputes.
When you mark an order READY, delivery may route to your own fleet or a NYAMM fulfillment partner. You must provide correct pickup details. Late or wrong orders are your responsibility.
You grant NYAMM a license to display your menu, photos, and video on the consumer app for discovery and ordering. You confirm you have rights to all media you upload.
We may pause or remove listings for repeated cancellations, safety complaints, payment issues, or breach of this agreement. You may stop using Kitchen at any time by unpublishing your store.
NYAMM provides software to connect you with customers and delivery partners. We do not cook, package, or deliver food. We are not liable for product quality, foodborne illness, or merchant-side regulatory failures except where Jamaican law requires otherwise.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes go to the courts of Jamaica unless local consumer law gives you additional rights.
